Biscuits are the internal virtual currency of the Good Mood Play website. You can use biscuits to play paid games, create Competitions or buy additional features on the platform. They cannot be sent to other players. A user can use biscuits only on our platform. To play paid game you need to go to "Cool Games" tab, choose the game and make sure you have enough biscuits on your balance. The price of each game is equivalent to the number of biscuits that will be taken from your balance. If you play the same game multiple times, biscuits will be deducted each time you enter the game. You can also use biscuits to create Competitions. Good Mood Play brings a PvP (Player versus Player) aspect to the platform, providing the ability to participate in or create Competitions between other players. The PvP content is located in “Competitions” section of the website. In order to take part in an already made Competition where the price is set by the creator of Competition, you must have enough funds on your virtual currency balance (Biscuits) and press the play icon. You can also create your own Competition by pressing the “START PVP” button in “Competitions” section of the website. You will need to choose the game, the starting date of Competition, the end date and entry fee. The funds on your account balance must match or exceed the price of the Competition. Winning the Competition by setting the highest record among other participants earns you Biscuits. You can spend them on the paid services of the platform: play paid games, buy avatars or participate in/create your own Competitions. Please note that Biscuits expire in the personal account after 3 months. Besides that, there is a monthly purchase limit on the website that equals € 500 (maximum transaction). You must be fully aware though, that Good Mood Play does not provide the opportunity to earn real money for the users. As it is purely an entertainment platform, there is no option for withdrawal of virtual currency, only the option to explore and enjoy the paid features of the platform.

7. Refund and Cancellation

The user has the right to request a refund of the money deposited to the account within 14 days of the transaction date according to EU legislation. To get a refund, users must be at least 18 years old. If you would like to make a refund, please email us at the address listed in the "Contact Us" section. You can only get your money back to the bank card you used to buy the Biscuits. 1 Bisсuit = 0.1 EUR. 10 Bisсuits = 1 EUR. Max. deposit amount per one transaction = 500 EUR. Min. deposit amout = 5 EUR. Refunds are only possible in the event that We make technical mistakes with the Service We Provide and/or other problems that result from those mistakes. A User is entitled to a refund under EU law within 14 days of the first transaction.

8. Conclusion and Termination

These are the conditions for the conclusion and termination of contracts on GoodMoodPlay platform: Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide during registration and for keeping their account details secure. They are also obliged to comply with any rules and regulations governing the use of the service, and to refrain from using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Termination: The contract for the provision of electronic services may be terminated by either party. GMP reserves the right to terminate the contract without any prior notice if users breach any of the terms and conditions of the contract, while users may terminate the contract by giving notice to the support team.
